Junior Nutritionist

We're expanding our nutrition team and hiring freelance nutritionists to coach clients through our app-based system.

The role

You'll manage a set of assigned clients — building their diet plans, doing assessment and check-in calls, responding to daily food logs, and driving their results and renewals. All coaching runs inside the app, fully documented. You focus on coaching quality; we handle client acquisition.

What you'll do

• Conduct client assessment calls and build personalized diet plans in our platform
• Respond to client food logs and questions daily, inside the app
• Run weekly check-ins and monthly progress reviews
• Coach clients with common conditions (PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, weight management)
• Maintain documentation so any coach can pick up any client
• Handle renewals (no cold sales required)

What we're looking for

• Degree in nutrition/dietetics; 2+ years coaching real clients
• Solid grounding in Indian/NRI meal planning, macros, and common lifestyle conditions
• Clean, professional client communication — premium tone, no casual language
• Comfortable working inside a structured system and SOPs
• Reliable, responsive, self-managing — we don't micromanage
• Personal fitness/health credibility is a plus

Structure

• Freelance, per-active-client payout — you're paid monthly for every active client you coach
• Start with a small client set; scale as you prove fit
• Performance-linked growth in rate and client volume
• No fixed sales quota; renewals and results are the standard
