Admissions Outreach Manager

The Outreach Manager is responsible for expanding the university's reach by building strategic relationships with schools, colleges, industries, government bodies, alumni, community organizations, and other stakeholders. The role focuses on student outreach, admissions support, institutional branding, partnerships, and organizing engagement activities that enhance the university's visibility and attract prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Outreach

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness of the university's academic programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
• Plan and execute school and college visits, career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with principals, counselors, and institutional heads to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Admissions Support

• Generate quality admission leads through outreach initiatives.
• Support the admissions team by conducting student counseling sessions and career guidance programs.
• Organize campus visits, open houses, and university experience programs for prospective students and parents.
• Track outreach activities and contribute towards achieving admission targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Represent the university at education fairs, exhibitions, career expos, and public events.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to promote academic programs through print, digital, and social media campaigns.
• Develop promotional materials, presentations, brochures, and outreach content.
• Enhance the university's brand visibility across target regions.

Partnerships & Collaborations

• Develop collaborations with educational institutions, industries, NGOs, government agencies, and professional organizations.
• Support initiatives related to internships, skill development programs, industry interactions, and academic engagement.
• Coordinate outreach activities with industry partners and community organizations.

Event Management

• Plan and organize outreach events, admission campaigns, competitions, workshops, and awareness drives.
• Coordinate logistics, resource planning, and stakeholder communication for outreach programs.
• Represent the university at external networking events and conferences.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain a database of schools, colleges, institutional partners, and prospective students.
• Prepare periodic reports on outreach activities, lead generation, conversions, and event outcomes.
• Analyze outreach effectiveness and recommend strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA (Marketing) is preferred.

Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in admissions, outreach, marketing, business development, educational services, or institutional relations.
• Experience in the higher education sector will be preferred.
