Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2+ years of experience to manage a team of 40+ testers and oversee day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in team coordination, reporting, and data validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of 40+ testers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Monitor daily productivity, attendance, and performance of testers.
• Create, maintain, and present daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Validate data submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project guidelines.
• Track project KPIs and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for testers.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding project updates and team performance.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations Management, Team Management, or a similar role.
• Experience managing teams of 40 or more members .
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (reporting, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience creating dashboards and operational reports.
• Strong data validation and quality assurance skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with crowdsourcing platforms, testing operations, or data annotation projects.
• Knowledge of KPI tracking and performance management.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar.
