Engagement Lead

About the Role:

In this role, you will be the chief storyteller of our workplace culture—driving initiatives, leading internal communications, managing recognition programs, and shaping our employer brand across digital and social channels (especially LinkedIn).

Key Responsibilities

• Employer Brand & Culture Storytelling: Own and execute our external employer branding strategy across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and social media. Create compelling content (carousels, videos, spotlights) that highlights life at Bajaj Broking.
• Culture Campaigns: Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact monthly engagement calendars, cultural celebrations, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
• Rewards, Recognition & Appreciation: Lead employee recognition programs (Monthly Superstars, Spot Awards, Peer Recognition) to nurture a high-performance, appreciation-first culture.
• Internal Communications & Community Building: Craft transparent, engaging internal communications, leadership messages, and townhall campaigns to keep teams aligned and inspired.
• Engagement Analytics & Insights: Leverage employee pulse surveys, feedback loops, and social media analytics to continuously measure engagement impact and drive improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: MBA / Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, or Employer Branding (preferably in Fintech, BFSI, or Tech).

Key Skills:

• Content & Visual Storytelling: Exceptional copy-crafting skills and a keen eye for visual design (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video tools is a big plus).
• Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of LinkedIn content trends, engagement algorithms, and employer advocacy strategies.
• Event & Project Management: Proven ability to manage multi-location events, cultural programs, and vendor partnerships seamlessly.
• High Energy & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across business units and influence leadership teams.
