Founder's Office Associate

Location: Remote (India)

We are looking for a high-caliber Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business development, partnerships, research, and high-impact special projects.

This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems and driving initiatives from ideation to execution.

We're specifically seeking candidates who are US-educated (or have significant US exposure), highly articulate, polished, and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Partner directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business due diligence.
• Support fundraising efforts, investor communications, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, business cases, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Independently drive projects from concept through execution while ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in strategic planning and operational initiatives across the business.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a US university (preferred), or significant US academic/professional exposure.
• 2–6 years of experience in one or more of the following: Management Consulting, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Startup Operations, Founder's Office.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional, polished, and confident executive presence.

• Experience working with US-based founders, startups, or companies.
• Exposure to fundraising, venture capital, corporate strategy, or investor relations.
• Prior startup experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives or executive-level projects.
