Role Overview
:You will be responsible for advising clients on investment opportunities in premier residential projects by Tier 1 developers. You will manage a portfolio of clients provided by the company, help them find properties suited to their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process from initiation to closure
Key Responsibilitie
s:● Present and recommend suitable residential properties to clients based on their investment preference
s.● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfactio
n.● Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to post-sale engagemen
t.● Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective client
s.● Participate in negotiations and help clients make informed decision
s.● Stay updated on market trends, competition, and sales strategies to offer valuable insight
s.● Drive revenue growth by achieving allocated targets and identifying new opportunities. Qualifications & Skill
