The Collection Manager Two Wheeler Loans is responsible for managing collections and recovery activities for the two-wheeler loan portfolio. The role involves controlling delinquency reducing overdue accounts handling field collection teams and agencies and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining customer relationships and compliance standards. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets and maintaining portfolio quality across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collection and recovery operations for two-wheeler loan accounts

• Monitor overdue cases delinquency trends and bucket-wise collections

• Handle and supervise field collection executives and collection agencies

• Achieve monthly recovery and resolution targets

• Conduct customer visits and negotiate repayment plans for overdue customers

• Ensure timely follow-up on bounced EMI and overdue accounts

• Minimize NPA levels and maintain healthy portfolio performance

• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports related to collections and recoveries

• Coordinate with sales credit legal and operations teams for escalated cases

• Ensure adherence to RBI and company collection policies and processes

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and recovery management skills

• Good communication and team handling abilities

• Knowledge of two-wheeler finance collections and delinquency management

• Ability to manage field operations and agency performance

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

• Target-oriented and problem-solving approach

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline

• 3 6 years of experience in collections/recovery preferably in two-wheeler finance or auto loans

• Experience in field collections and agency handling preferred

• Willingness to travel for customer and field visits
