About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated US Business Development Executive / Manager to drive client acquisition in the US market.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing or IT Support / Managed IT Services to US-based businesses. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, managing the sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Engage with business owners, CFOs, Controllers, Practice Owners, IT Managers, and other decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable outsourcing solutions.
• Present company capabilities, proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
• Stay updated on US outsourcing trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Business Development or International B2B Sales.
• Prior experience selling Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing or IT Support / Managed IT Services is highly preferred.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work during the US (EST) shift.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
