Security Consultant (Microsoft)

Role Summary-

As a Security Consultant, you would be working in a customer-facing consulting environment specializing in Microsoft security. You'll partner with architects and sales to uncover customer needs, shape solutions, and deliver actionable Statements of Work.

• You will work closely with our pre-sales architects and sales teams to meet with customers, develop a deep understanding of their objectives and spot new opportunities when possible.

• You will do this by staying on top of new trends, technology updates and the minutiae of core cloud and workplace technologies.

• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, focused primarily on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Cloud
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory, with integrations into Multi-Factor Authentication engines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Sentinel, utilizing Azure Sentinel for logging and auditing, automating workflows and incident responses with Logic Apps, creating remediation recommendations, integrating Threat Intelligence feeds, and thoroughly documenting all processes.
• Integrating security logs from 3rd party sources into Azure Log Analytics Workspace.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 8+ years of total experience and more than 4 years consulting experience delivering engagements within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Candidates will be required to work in EST time zone (6pm IST to 3am IST).
