Salary:
- Freshers: 16,000 – 20,000 per month
- 1–3 Years: 20,000 – 40,000 per month
- 3–5 Years: 40,000 – 60,000 per month
Experience:
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge and certification are encouraged to apply.
- 1–5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, engineering, or fabrication.

Job Summary
We are looking for AutoCAD Executives at Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior levels to prepare, update, and maintain accurate 2D technical drawings for engineering and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills, a sound understanding of engineering drawings, and the ability to coordinate with project and production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Drafting
- Prepare, modify, and maintain 2D AutoCAD drawings.
- Create layouts, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, sections, elevations, and technical drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client requirements, engineering inputs, or project changes.
- Ensure drawings comply with engineering standards and company guidelines.
- Verify drawing accuracy before release for execution.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, production, project, and site teams.
- Support timely updates and modifications to project drawings.
- Resolve drawing-related issues with internal teams.
Documentation
- Maintain drawing revisions and version control.
- Organize drawing records and project documentation.
- Prepare material layouts and related technical documentation whenever required.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all drawings are complete, accurate, and execution-ready.
- Follow company drafting standards and approval processes.
- Maintain consistency in documentation and drawing quality.
Team Support
- Assist senior engineers and designers in project execution.
- Senior candidates may mentor junior drafting team members and review drawings before release.
- Ensure project timelines are met without compromising quality.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory)
- Strong understanding of engineering and fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, and drafting standards
- Ability to prepare layouts, fabrication, and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Candidate
Freshers
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
- AutoCAD certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawing fundamentals
Experienced Candidates
- 1–5 years of AutoCAD drafting experience
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, construction, or industrial projects preferred
- Ability to independently manage drafting assignments and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Educational Qualification
- ITI
- Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- AutoCAD Certification (Preferred)
