Graphic Design Intern

Techolution is looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer Intern who can transform ideas into compelling visual assets across digital marketing channels. We are looking for someone with strong graphic design fundamentals, exceptional Photoshop skills, and an eye for aesthetics who can work in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

As an Associate Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to create engaging visuals for social media, websites, landing pages, campaigns, and brand initiatives. You should be comfortable leveraging modern AI-powered design tools to accelerate creativity while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Shift Time: 2-11PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Create high-quality marketing assets that align with Techolution's brand identity and visual language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Content to translate business requirements into impactful visual designs.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other design tools to create, edit, and optimize digital assets.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, asset generation, and creative workflows.
• Adapt designs for different digital channels while maintaining consistency in branding and user experience.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies to produce engaging content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting project timelines and maintaining quality standards.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively and continuously improve creative outputs through iterative design.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or related design disciplines (B.Des/M.Des preferred).
• 6+ months of professional experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including: Color Theory, Typography, Branding, Composition, Layout & Alignment, Visual Hierarchy, Asset Curation
• Experience creating digital assets for: Social Media, Websites, Landing Pages, Marketing Campaigns, Digital Advertisements
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate creative concepts into effective visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• An online portfolio showcasing graphic design work (Behance, Dribbble, Personal Website, LinkedIn, or other public portfolio platforms).

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design workflows.
• Exposure to Framer for modern web design and AI-assisted website creation.
• Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and visual storytelling.
• Basic copywriting skills to create compelling headlines, CTAs, and supporting marketing content.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across channels.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation principles is an added advantage.
