The environment encourages collaboration, performance, and long-term partnerships. Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the professional will identify and approach potential business clients, promote AgentsAt’s platform, and support onboarding of sales agents and businesses. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing marketing and sales activities, conducting market research, preparing presentations, and managing communication with existing and prospective partners. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing feedback to improve campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will contribute directly to growing the platform’s user base and strengthening its market presence. Qualifications Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns and promotional strategies. Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals. Excellent Communication skills for presenting solutions, explaining value propositions, and maintaining professional client interactions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in B2B sales or working with small businesses and independent agents is preferred. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
