Architectural Designer

Role Description The Architectural Designer will work on-site in Lucknow in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and refining architectural drawings, construction documentation, and 3D representations; collaborating with senior designers and consultants to develop design solutions; and supporting coordination with engineers, contractors, and clients. The role involves conducting site studies and basic urban planning analyses, integrating energy-efficient and sustainable design principles into project proposals, and ensuring design compliance with relevant codes and standards. The designer will also assist in preparing presentations, reports, and design packages for client reviews and approvals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, buildable solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings and technical Drawing, including preparation of detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Urban Planning, with an understanding of site planning, zoning considerations, and community-focused design.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with visualization tools is beneficial.
• Knowledge of sustainable design, green building standards, and basic energy efficiency principles is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant internship or professional experience in design firms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
