About The Role -

\n

We are hiring Script Writer who want to learn how content actually drives business results — not just views, but conversions.

\n

If you want to understand how storytelling influences retention, engagement, and revenue — this role will train you at the highest level of execution.

\n

What You'll Be Working On -

\n

● Writing scripts for YouTube (long-form) and short-form content (Reels/Shorts)

\n

● Supporting the creation of high-converting storytelling content

\n

● Assisting in building a repeatable, data-driven content engine

\n

● Learning how to structure scripts for:

\n

○ Strong hooks

\n

○ High retention

\n

○ Clear narrative flow

\n

○ Conversion-driven CTAs and much more.

\n

Expectations (Read Carefully) -

\n

● You must care about creativity, storytelling and human emotions in your content

\n

● You must be willing to rewrite until the script works.

\n

● You must understand that retention, AVD, CTR, and engagement matter (we'll

\n

teach you these terms)

\n

● You must be coachable, fast, and execution-focused.

\n

This role demands output, speed, and ownership.

\n

AI can be used for research and support.

But submitting ChatGPT-generated scripts without original thinking is not acceptable.

\n
