B2B Telecaller (Lead Generation) | Work From Home

We are hiring an experienced B2B Telecaller to generate qualified sales leads for a software company by engaging senior decision-makers in the BFSI industry.

Job Profile

• Make outbound calls to enterprise decision-makers (CXOs and senior management) in Banks, Financial Services, and Insurance companies
• Introduce the company's software solutions and create interest
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
• Identify business opportunities and decision makers
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets
• Follow up with prospects until a meeting is confirmed

Job Details

• Role: B2B Lead Generation Telecaller
• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Employment: 3-Month Contract (with potential to extend or convert to full-time)
• Calling Hours: India business hours only
• Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar B2B telecalling or lead generation role

Skillset Required

• Prior experience in B2B lead generation through outbound calling. Non-negotiable.
• Experience speaking with enterprise decision-makers, CXOs, and navigating gatekeepers (Executive Assistants, PAs, Office Administrators)
• Strong ability to qualify leads and book sales meetings
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Professional, confident, and persuasive communication skills
• Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently from home
• Experience in software, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise technology lead generation will be preferred
• Experience calling BFSI organizations or enterprise accounts will be an added advantage
