Role Overview
As the Manager - Online Business Operations & B2B, you will serve as the engine driving Style Union's digital growth and operational excellence. You will own the operational P&L for our online business (Website & App) while supervising cross-functional teams in retention, ORM, CRM, creative production, and performance marketing.
Additionally, you will lead end-to-end operational execution for Unitees, our rapidly growing B2B bulk customization business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tech Stack, Platforms & Product Operations
- Act as the primary liaison for external tech agencies managing our website, mobile application, third-party integrations, and plugins.
- Oversee site reliability, UI/UX optimizations, product discovery, site search, checkout efficiency, and overall digital platform performance.
- Manage relationship integrations with payment gateways, logistics partners, and 3rd-party SaaS platforms to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction.
2. Growth, Retention & Digital Operations (B2C)
- Supervise internal and agency teams across Retention Marketing, CRM, and Customer Engagement (via tools like WebEngage).
- Oversee and align internal cross-functional resources for Performance Marketing, Creative Production, and Content Asset Pipelines.
- Lead the Online Reputation Management (ORM) team to maintain strong customer sentiment and brand image across digital platforms.
3. E-commerce Fulfillment & Post-Purchase Journey
- Manage end-to-end cataloging workflows from photoshoot execution to master data management and product listing schedules.
- Own the online returns management ecosystem, reverse logistics efficiency, and RTO (Return to Origin) reduction initiatives.
- Drive project management for all strategic e-commerce initiatives, new feature rollouts, and pilot projects.
4. B2B Business Operations (Unitees)
- Drive operational efficiency, fulfillment schedules, and vendor coordination for Unitees (Style Union's B2B bulk customization division).
- Streamline order flow from lead acquisition to catalog selection, printing/customization, and institutional fulfillment.
5. Business P&L & Strategy
- Manage unit economics, operational metrics, and margin tracking for the online channel.
- Monitor key digital metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, RTO %, and net operational profit.
Who You Are
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in D2C e-commerce operations, fast-fashion brand management, or hyper-growth e-commerce startups.
- MarTech Savvy: Hands-on experience or deep operational familiarity with WebEngage (or similar platforms like MoEngage, Klaviyo, Insider), Google Analytics, Shopify Plus/Custom Stacks, and ERP integrations.
- Cross-Functional Leader: Proven ability to manage tech vendors, creative teams, performance agencies, and customer support representatives concurrently.
- Process & Execution Oriented: Exceptionally organized with a project-management mindset; capable of balancing daily maintenance with long-term digital builds.
