Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Feature Development: Collaborate with both international and Indian fleet customers to develop new AI-driven safety features. Align feature development with customer needs and market opportunities.
• AI KPI Management: Assist in measuring machine learning algorithms using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as precision, recall, and false positive rate. Support efforts to apply statistical principles to ensure unbiased and accurate performance evaluations.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Support ML continuous improvement (CI/CD) efforts with the ML Infrastructure team. Contribute to prioritizing improvements based on current KPIs and input from ML Infra Product Experts.
• User Experience: Collaborate with the UX team to improve customer interactions with video annotation, alert decoration, and configurations.
• Release Management: Assist in managing roadmap enhancements for analytics release cycles. Help ensure proper release notes and work with the technical documentation team for customer-facing communications.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Contribute to reviewing AI Product Management PRDs to ensure compliance with platform standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology, with at least 2 years in Product Management focusing on AI-driven platforms.
• Basic understanding of machine learning, computer vision, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to work with international teams and flexibility to accommodate different time zones, including evening IST meetings.
• Experience in video telematics and fleet management is a plus.
