Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SAP FICO Consultant for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and must have completed at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure SAP FI and CO modules as per business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Work closely with technical teams for custom developments and interfaces.
• Perform issue analysis, root cause identification, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Central Finance knowledge is an added advantage

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong experience in SAP FI and CO configuration.
• Excellent understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
