Asset Management Executive

We are seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to oversee and manage the lifecycle of IT assets within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing IT assets to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in IT asset lifecycle management. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware, software, and licenses) across the organization.
• Track asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement, ensuring timely renewals, upgrades, and disposals.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and IT governance policies.
• Monitor asset usage and generate reports on asset performance, depreciation, and expenditures.
• Manage asset databases and ITAM tools to maintain up-to-date asset records.
• Conduct periodic audits and assessments to validate asset accuracy and compliance.
• Support IT security and risk management by ensuring proper asset control measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3+ years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and software licensing compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
