Media Manager

VelivoHR looking for a Performance Marketing Manager/ Paid Media Manager for one our esteemed client, who knows that successful campaigns aren't built on luck—they're built on data, creativity and relentless optimisation.

Location:Lower Parel, Mumbai (Hybrid)

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid media platform
• Build high-performing acquisition, remarketing and lead generation campaign
• Manage media budgets while maximizing ROAS and minimizing wasted spen
• Develop audience targeting strategies, customer journeys and conversion funnel
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages and campaign structure
• Analyze campaign performance and turn numbers into actionable insight
• Collaborate with the creative, content, influencer and strategy teams to develop campaigns that convert
• Generate client-ready reports with insights, recommendations and next step
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes and emerging advertising trend
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting and optimization.

What We're Looking For

• 5 -6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media Buying or Growth Marketing
• Agency experience is highly preferred
• Strong expertise in:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager
• Search Console
• LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, APIs and attribution models
• Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets and campaign reporting
• Excellent analytical thinking with strong communication skill
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude is a bonus.
