Power Platform Developer

As part of this journey, we are looking at a Power Platform Developer, who will be part of the DDI team.

Responsible

• Solution Design and Development:
• Develop and customize applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Design and implement data models and business logic within Power Apps.
• Integration and Automation:
• Integrate Power Platform applications with other Microsoft services (like Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure) and third-party systems.
• Automate business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Customization and Configuration:
• Customize existing applications and workflows based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Configure Power Platform components, including connectors, gateways, and data sources.
• Testing and Debugging:
• Perform thorough testing to ensure applications and workflows meet business requirements and are free of defects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the development or production environment.
• Governance and Compliance:
• Ensure that solutions adhere to organizational policies, data security, and compliance requirements.
• Implement best practices for governance and data management within the Power Platform environment.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications can be advantageous.
• 4+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents; experience with the Common Data Service (now known as Microsoft Dataverse) and SQL.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or other relevant Power Platform certifications.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in low-code/no-code development.
• Practical experience in building, customizing, and deploying Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
