Truecaller engages us as an embedded creative partner across their full digital and brand requirements. Role Overview We're hiring a Business Development Executive to build 3rd Planet's outbound pipeline in the India market. You'll identify national and international brands, open conversations through LinkedIn and calls, pitch our work, and convert them into intro calls or pitch opportunities for the founders. Quality of relationship opened matters more than volume of outreach sent. Key Responsibilities - Identify and research target brands - national and international - operating in India, building a qualified prospect list (not a mass list) - Reach out via LinkedIn (connect, message, follow-up sequences) and direct calls to decision-makers (marketing heads, founders, brand leads) - Personalize every pitch to the brand's business and category - no templated outreach - Pitch 3rd Planet's work and brand proof points (Truecaller, Paytm, JSW Paints, Amazon, Acer EV) to secure an intro call or pitch opportunity - Handle objections and pushback confidently on calls - get to a clear yes/no, not a stall - Track outreach, calls, and pipeline stages in ClickUp with full discipline - Stay alert to market movement - brand launches, expansions, leadership changes - to time outreach right - Hand off warm leads to Disha for the next stage Candidate Requirements - 1-3 years in business development, sales, or client outreach - IT/creative/agency/media background preferred - Strong LinkedIn outreach skills, including Sales Navigator or equivalent - Confident, persuasive on cold calls - can pitch and handle objections without a script - Research discipline - understands a brand's business before reaching out - Strong written and spoken English - Based in Ahmedabad - Hungry, persistent, comfortable with rejection What We're Not Looking For People who wait for warm leads.
