About the Team

The Global Carrier Management Team (GCM&T) is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financials, managing statutory capital requirements, and analyzing key business drivers for Americas P&C Reinsurance entities. The position reports to the Team Lead, Americas GCM&T, based in Bangalore, and involves frequent interaction with both local and US-based management.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and analyze quarterly and annual financial results on a US Statutory basis
• Support month-end/quarter-end close schedules and ensure timely deliverables
• Participate in statutory reporting and regulatory filings (NAIC, RBC)
• Prepare internal and external audit deliverables
• Involve in financial planning, ORSA modelling, and ad-hoc analysis
• Drive and implement process improvements
• Perform detailed reviews and maintain high-quality work standards
• Support team during peak periods and contribute to a collaborative work culture
• Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or analysis
• Knowledge of financial services is essential; insurance/reinsurance experience preferred
• Familiarity with USGAAP and statutory reporting; NAIC experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage
