Sales Intern

Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support the sales team by identifying potential customers, assisting with product presentations, and following up on inquiries related to TIJ ink cartridges and printers. Daily tasks include learning product features, preparing basic sales reports, maintaining customer records, and supporting order processing. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs, participating in training sessions, and contributing to promotional activities. This position offers hands-on exposure to the coding and marking business and the opportunity to develop practical sales skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Interest in Sales and basic understanding of Sales Management principles to support business growth.
• Willingness to participate in Training and learn technical details of TIJ ink cartridges and printers.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort with basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm for building a career in B2B sales and the industrial products sector.
