Preferred Background:

* Prior internship or exposure in CRM, customer service, real estate will be an added

advantage.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to support our Customer Relationship

Management team. The candidate will assist in handling client communication, coordination, and reporting, and operational support while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with clients, owners, vendors, and internal operations teams.

* Handle customer communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.

* Assist in managing client queries, follow-ups, and escalations.

* Support in maintaining CRM records and updating booking/reservation platforms.

* Prepare reports, MIS documentation, and maintain accurate data records.

* Conduct field visits and assist with coordination at SRO/government offices when required.

* Support the team in documentation and registration-related processes.

* Ensure smooth coordination across different time zones and client requirements.

* Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction and understanding luxury customer expectations.

* Support social media and online reputation management activities when required.

Requirements:

* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Basic understanding of legal documentation and registration processes.

* Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.

* Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities calmly and professionally.

* Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
