About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-caliber IT professionals across various technology stacks and domain skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.
• Sourcing Strategy: Leverage job portals (Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc.), boolean search, social media, candidate databases, and referral networks to identify top talent.
• Requirements Gathering: Understand client/project technical requirements and translate them into effective talent search strategies.
• Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on technical skill fit, communication skills, cultural alignment, and relevant experience.
• Pipeline Management: Schedule interviews, coordinate with technical panels, gather feedback, and maintain an active database of potential candidates.
• Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, offer release processes, and ensure candidate post-offer engagement to minimize drop-offs.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Technical Understanding: Good grasp of modern IT technologies, programming languages, cloud platforms, and software roles (e.g., Java, Python, React, DevOps, Data Analytics, QA, etc.).
• Sourcing Skills: Expertise in Boolean strings, job boards, and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
