Occupational Therapist

Job Description

The Power Learning Centre is one of the largest multi-disciplinary Centres in Mumbai, with 2 branches of 2500 sq ft in Santacruz W & Goregaon E. As we expand, we are on the lookout for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist for children with special needs. The job involves assessing children, developing appropriate therapy plans, and collaborating with other therapists to ensure clients receive the best possible development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify client's challenges.
\n
• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories and personal goals.
\n
• Communicate with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to provide updates on child progress.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.
\n
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Centre Head, co-workers, and reporting managers.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.
\n

Qualifications & Skills:

\n
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
\n
• 4-5 years of experience required
\n
• Current State OT Licence.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.
\n
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans

Our range is from Rs. 90,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000 /- month depending on skills and experience.
