Senior Graphic Designer

Company Description The Brand Palette (TBP) is a branding agency focused on building successful, memorable brand experiences for clients across industries. The team combines storytelling, strategy, and design to craft brand identities, names, logos, positioning, and visual guidelines. TBP also develops comprehensive brand experiences through packaging, brochures, print ads, marketing collateral, and out-of-home campaigns. In addition, the agency delivers digital branding solutions, including website design and development, as well as advertising creatives. Team members collaborate closely with clients to bring brand stories to life in cohesive and impactful ways.

Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Chandigarh in a full-time capacity, collaborating with the creative and strategy teams to design visual assets for brand identity and brand experience projects. Responsibilities include creating logos, visual identities, marketing collateral, packaging, brochures, catalogues, and print ads that align with client brand stories and guidelines. The role involves interpreting briefs, developing design concepts, selecting appropriate typography, and ensuring consistent branding across digital and print layouts. The Graphic Designer will prepare production-ready files, coordinate with printers or vendors when needed, and iterate on designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients. This position requires active participation in brainstorming sessions, staying current with design trends, and maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in BRANDING AND PACKAGING, with a solid portfolio showcasing brand IDENTITY.
• Demonstrated expertise in Logo Design and Branding for diverse industries and formats.
• Competence in Typography, including type selection, hierarchy, and readability across print and digital media.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Ability to translate brand strategy and stories into compelling visual concepts and layouts.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to work within brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients on-site.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with print production processes and digital asset preparation is an advantage.
