WHAT YOULL DO

• Translate business and security requirements into scalable productionready AIM and IGA solutions that support firmwide operations
• Partner closely with business Global Systems Administration and technology stakeholders to deliver secure efficient and userfriendly access solutions
• Analyze data to identify access trends control gaps and process inefficiencies with a focus on automating manual processes and improving platform scalability
• Own requirements gathering functional documentation and user stories from ideation through UAT deployment and postrelease support
• Leverage tools such as SailPoint JIRA SQL Splunk and Power BI to support access governance reporting and operational insights
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs that measure access lifecycle performance risk indicators and user experience
• Support datadriven decision making by validating data quality ensuring consistency and aligning metrics to business objectives
• Build deep domain expertise in identity governance security controls and investmentdriven technology platforms
• Contribute to a culture that prioritizes integrity transparency and the highest ethical standards

WHATS REQUIRED

• 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Access & Identity Management (AIM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives
• Handson experience with SailPoint JIRA (case management and workflows) Splunk Confluence/Wiki tools and SQL
• Strong data extraction and analysis skills including writing SQL queries to aggregate validate and analyze data
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis pivot tables formulas and adhoc reporting
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) to build dashboards and communicate insights
• Solid understanding of SDLC functional analysis requirements documentation and UAT processes
• Hands-on experience with AIdriven analytics capabilities (e.g. Copilot intelligent BI features) to support data analysis metrics development and data storytelling
• Familiarity with data quality controls validation techniques and awareness of privacy security and compliance standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously collaborate across diverse stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
