🚀 We're Hiring: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Cincinnus We're looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to accelerate our retail and distribution growth. Minimum Experience ✅ 5+ years in the Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry. 📍 Open Locations: - Mumbai – Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh - Gujarat – Gujarat & Rajasthan - Delhi – Delhi & Gurugram (Gurgaon) - Kolkata – West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & Odisha Key Responsibilities • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Appoint, develop, and manage distributors. • Expand retail coverage in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT). • Drive primary & secondary sales while ensuring healthy inventory. • Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team. • Execute trade marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and new product launches. • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners. • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback. • Ensure timely collections, credit control, and adherence to company sales policies. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory development plans.
