Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions for Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
  
• Prepare lesson plans presentations assignments and assessment materials.
  
• Provide practical industry-oriented training and mentorship to students.
  
• Conduct classroom activities demonstrations and workshops.
  
• Evaluate student performance through exams projects and practical assessments.
  
• Support students with internships placements and career guidance.
  
• Participate in curriculum planning and other academic activities.
• Maintain professional standards and discipline in classrooms and practical labs.
  

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed 5-star hotel preferably in the Housekeeping department.
  
• Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations hospitality standards and guest service practices.
  
• Ability to connect practical industry experience with academic teaching.
  
• Professional attitude with strong mentoring skills.
