Role Description The B2B Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving corporate sales and developing long-term business relationships. In this position, the team member will identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, present gifting solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from proposal to closure. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. The B2B Sales Officer will regularly follow up with clients, address inquiries, provide post-sales support, and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Channel Sales skills to identify prospects and develop strategic partnerships. - Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, track performance, and support efficient sales processes. - Candidates should have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, FMCG, or related industries. - Candidates should demonstrate negotiation skills, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently and within a team. - Candidates should have proficiency in basic office software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with reporting and documentation. - A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with fluency in English and Hindi.
