We are looking for a skilled Senior Presales Consultant who can manage end-to-end proposal creation, draft high-quality RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, and collaborate with technical, sales, and delivery teams to support Clovity's Atlassian business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Bid Management, Proposal Writing, and solutioning for enterprise-grade business requirements, with a strong engineering background and expertise in pricing and commercial structuring. Key Responsibilities: Draft, structure, and submit high-quality RFP/RFQ/RFI/proposal responses for Atlassian-based solutions (Jira, Confluence, ITSM, Agile, DevOps). Coordinate and manage the entire bid lifecycle including requirements gathering, content development, compliance checks, and final submission. Work closely with Solution Architects, Atlassian SMEs, and Sales teams to gather technical inputs and craft winning proposals. Assist in developing sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, capability overviews, and customer-facing documentation. Maintain strong communication flow with internal stakeholders to align on timelines and expectations. Ensure all proposals adhere to internal quality standards, branding guidelines, and partner (Atlassian) compliance requirements. Track bid metrics, maintain content libraries, and apply continuous improvements to proposal processes. Drive pricing strategies, quote structuring, and proposal costing with strong proficiency in MS Excel formulas and mathematical calculations. Manage US Federal RFPs through contract vehicles such as GSA, NASA SEWP, DoD CHESS, etc. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related disciplines) from a reputed college. 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Proposal Writing, Presales, or Bid Management. Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proven expertise in pricing, commercial structuring, and quote calculations. Experience in drafting and submitting well-structured responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI documents. Mandatory background in the IT (solutions) industry - experience with global system integrators, product engineering firms, or technology consulting organizations. Proficient in working on MS Word and MS Excel (must know how to use formulas, macros, and financial modelling). Experience working on US Federal RFPs through contract vehicles such as GSA, NASA SEWP, DoD CHESS, etc. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Excellent communication, documentation, and business writing skills. Comfortable working in the 2 PM to 11 PM shift. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with an Atlassian Solution Partner, Value Added Reseller (VAR), Managed Services Provider (MSP), or global IT Consulting organization. Knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) . Exposure to submitting RFPs in ITSM, Project Management, or Cloud solutions. AI experience is an added advantage. Atlassian certifications or familiarity with Atlassian licensing and implementation proposals are a plus. Important Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with global IT solutions exposure (US/UK/Europe/Australia markets).
