Process Excellence Consultant (f/m/x)

Collaborates with global teams to drive process excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple functions. Leads high-impact Process Excellence (PEX) projects, analyzes data and current-state processes, and develops future-state solutions that deliver measurable business value. Partners with operations and Centers of Excellence to define transformation strategies, identify AI and automation opportunities, and achieve targeted outcomes. Mentors Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects and facilitates training to build organizational capability and support business objectives.

Your tasks

• Leading process excellence and transformation initiatives across global teams
• Managing high-impact PEX projects that deliver measurable business value
• Analyzing and redesigning processes to improve efficiency and identify AI opportunities
• Developing transformation strategies and future-state process solutions
• Facilitating AI, automation, and continuous improvement workshops
• Partnering with stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to achieve business objectives
• Mentoring Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects
• Delivering Lean Six Sigma training and promoting continuous improvement practices
  
  

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in process excellence, with a strong focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and AI-powered solutions
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with practical experience in process optimization and AI-driven improvements
• Proven track record of leading business transformation and change management initiatives
• Hands-on experience with AI enablement, automation technologies, and Microsoft Copilot
• Strong analytical capabilities, including process mapping, data analysis, and future-state design
• Ability to engage stakeholders, deliver training programs, and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
