Marketing & Operations Associate (on-site)

Role Description: The Marketing & Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar. This role involves:

• Conduct market research and extract insights to help clients grow their impact.
• Create presentations, proposals, and documents that drive attention and conversions.
• Build sustainability-related projects in ESG, Carbon, Biodiversity and more related verticals
• Build and execute outreach strategies that generate measurable results both online and offline
• Coordinate with interns and internal teams to maintain alignment, creativity, and momentum.
• Craft case studies that highlight client transformation and success stories.
• Be on the ground: visit client sites, manage operations, and ensure impact translates into action.

Qualifications

• Strong operations skills to manage daily activities, coordinate initiatives, and support process improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build relationships with partners, community members, and other stakeholders.
• Solid analytical skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements for marketing and operational activities.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to support marketing content, outreach, and coordination.
• Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a small, mission-driven team.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, environmental studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior experience in marketing, operations, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
