About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced PRT Hindi educator with a strong command of both languages and a commitment to nurturing linguistic and cultural understanding in students. The ideal candidate must have a B.ed degree and proven experience in teaching at the primary level. Responsibilities - Teach Hindi to students from Grades I to V, as per CBSE curriculum. - Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters language appreciation and cultural literacy. - Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. - Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects and school events. - Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher interactions. - Integrate digital tools and innovative methodologies into teaching practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or related discipline. - B.Ed is mandatory from a recognized institution (as per CBSE norms). - CTET qualification is preferred. Required Skills - Strong command of Hindi and English. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create engaging lesson plans. - Proficiency in using digital teaching tools. Preferred Skills - Experience with innovative teaching methodologies. - Familiarity with CBSE curriculum. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
