DGM / AGM - Finance & Accounting (Automotive Showroom) - Bangalore

Job Title: DGM / AGM - Finance & Accounting Roles and Responsibilities: o Responsible for the maintenance of all ledgers, bank reconciliations, journal entries o Administer the general accounting processes with other group companies which includes fixed assets accounts and provide financial reports o Reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers o Preparation and making timely payment of taxes o Ensure all process controls are in place, including receivable & payable management o Define and execute required corporate MIS statements and operational reports o Be proactive and participate in the financial analysis of the operation o Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and budgets; provide corrective action and recommendations to management o Oversee and ensure accurate monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements and year-end financial reports o Primarily responsible for fund and working capital management o Ensure compliance and oversee the preparation and filing all statutory payments and returns o Oversee receivable and payable management and finalization of accounts o Handle statutory, internal, tax audit and providing statements necessary for assessment work Important Skills: o Excellent communicator and fluent in English and prefer to be able to speak in Kannada o Excellent ability to work in MS Word, Excel & Tally o Liaison with OEM’s and financiers etc. o Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team o Experience in the automotive industry will be a great benefit but not a necessity Interested candidate can share updated resume to brindha@gojobs.biz
