Job Title : BDM -Retail Pharma

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the retail pharma business by onboarding chemists pharmacists and retail partners.
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets through offline business development.
  
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products consumables and POCT devices to maximize revenue and profitability.
  
• Acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships.
  
• Execute sales campaigns promotional schemes and bundled product offerings.
  
• Conduct regular customer visits to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.
  
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain a high level of customer engagement and market presence.

Requisites

• Graduate in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business or a related field (preferred).
  
• Experience in retail pharma sales or business development.
  
• Strong network with chemists pharmacists retailers and distributors.
  
• Good knowledge of branded generics ethical brands OTC products consumables and POCT devices.
  
• Excellent sales negotiation and relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales and customer meetings.
  
• Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
