Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ratlam. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable loan products such as business, mortgage, construction, and education loans. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing customers, explaining loan terms and conditions, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursal of loans. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, following up on repayments, addressing queries, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to local business development activities, build strong community relationships, and provide consistent, professional customer service.

• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and timely follow-up on applications and repayments.
• Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, meet targets, and represent the company professionally in the local market.
• Relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services is beneficial, especially in loans or customer-facing roles.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred; local language proficiency and knowledge of the Ratlam market are an advantage.
