Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Paharganj. The specialist will manage end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, product presentations, and closing deals for IT and office automation solutions. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand positioning, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maximize market reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering product and service training to clients or partners, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The specialist will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship building and problem resolution.
• Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead management, closing techniques, and pipeline development.
• Experience in Training, particularly in explaining technical or product features to diverse audiences.
• Sales Management skills, such as planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of IT and office automation products and services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Paharganj and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with MS Office tools and CRM or sales automation platforms.
