Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Profile Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Guitar Trainer to conduct engaging guitar sessions for school students across Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in guitar, enjoy working with children, and be able to create an interactive, inspiring, and student-centric learning environment. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' musical skills while fostering creativity, confidence, and a love for music.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging guitar sessions, teaching students chords, scales, rhythm, strumming techniques, finger placement, posture, and basic music theory.
• Plan and deliver interactive, age-appropriate lessons that develop students' musical skills, creativity, confidence, and discipline.
• Prepare students for school performances, assemblies, competitions, and showcases while introducing them to diverse musical styles and repertoire.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain an inclusive, positive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Coordinate with the school and Gyansthan team regarding schedules, maintain attendance records, and ensure the proper care and handling of musical instruments during sessions.

Eligibility:

• Prior experience teaching Guitar to children is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or formal training in Guitar, Western Music, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Ability to conduct engaging, practical, and interactive music sessions.
