Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Operations Specialist to manage and support HR operations for the US and UK region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with onboarding, background verification, US and UK compliance requirements, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires strong coordination with clients, internal stakeholders, employees, and background verification vendors to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for employees across the US and UK region.

● Handle and track Background Verification (BGV) processes through portals such as InCheck, HireRight, FADV, and other BGV platforms.

● Coordinate with candidates, clients, and vendors to ensure timely completion of onboarding

and BGV formalities.

● Maintain onboarding, BGV, and compliance trackers with accurate and updated records.

● Manage US compliance processes including I-9 Verification and E-Verify procedures in

accordance with USCIS guidelines.

● Ensure HR operations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company

policies.

● Handle employee documentation, employment letters, and HR records while maintaining

confidentiality and data accuracy.

● Coordinate with internal HR, payroll, legal, and compliance teams for employee-related

activities.

● Support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, employee support, and

offboarding activities.

● Act as a point of contact for HR operational queries from employees and clients.

● Continuously improve HR operational workflows and compliance processes.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 2–5 years of HR operations experience, preferably supporting the US and UK region.

● Good knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

● Hands-on experience with I-9 Verification and E-Verify processes.

● Strong experience in onboarding, background verification, and HR operations.

● Experience working on BGV platforms such as InCheck, HireRight, FADV, etc.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong organizational, coordination, and tracking abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tracking/reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Prior experience working in an IT staffing or multinational environment.

● Exposure to global HR operations and multicultural work environments.

● Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employee management systems is an added advantage.
