Director of Sourcing ( Blue Collars) - Startup (Series A Funding)

Job description

If you have experience sourcing at scale, creating employer branding, and generating interest in opportunities among blue-collar communities, this is your chance to lead from the front and shape the workforce powering Indias first hyperlocal services platform.

What Youll Do

• Strategize & Execute: Develop and execute sourcing playbook, driving omnichannel outreach and optimizing workflows to hit hiring targets.
• On-Ground Leadership: Oversee field promoters/executives, ensuring effective community engagement, onboarding, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Employer Branding: Build a strong brand presence in target communities, especially among women-led cohorts, to attract the right talent.
• Channel Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with channel partners, NGOs, and local organizations to scale sourcing.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sourcing team to deliver results efficiently.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 7-10 years in blue-collar sourcing, ideally in quick commerce, on-demand services, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Hands-On Expertise: Proven experience managing field teams and running large-scale, on-ground hiring campaigns (experience in sourcing women for blue-collar roles is a big plus).
• Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, with the ability to build trust and create a strong employer brand.
• Execution-Driven: A go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments with a mindset that is highly execution-driven.
