Job Summary:

We're on the lookout for someone who will align people strategies with business goals, lead end-to-end talent acquisition, and foster a high-performance culture across the South region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR partner for all lines of business across the South region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the region, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent in line with manpower plans.
  • Collaborate with Regional leadership on manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization strategies.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Responsible for recruitment efficiency, ensure pipeline quality, cost efficiency, and timely closures.
  • Support employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exits.
  • Partner with managers to drive performance management processes and build a high performance culture.
  • Drive internal mobility & talent pipeline management.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives across branches to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel extensively across branches in the South region to strengthen employee connect and shape the narrative, organizational imperatives & culture.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of company HR policies and processes across locations.
  • Responsible for key metrics and trends (attrition, hiring, engagement, etc.), analyze and take up actionable insights and drive closure.
  • Drive learning and development interventions in collaboration with L&D to build capability within teams.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects across the region.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand across the region to attract and retain talent.
  • Maintain Organizational structures, accuracy in database and records.

  • Fluency in regional language(s) will be an added advantage.
