Revenue & Business Growth

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Drive customer acquisition through inbound and outbound sales.
\n
• Improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure conversion rates.
\n
• Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
\n
• Ensure consistent achievement of revenue and productivity goals.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing inside sales team.
\n
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals.
\n
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback.
\n
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.
\n
• Manage performance improvement plans where required.
\n

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

\n

\n
• Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
\n
• Ensure effective lead allocation and follow-up discipline.
\n
• Review CRM hygiene and sales process compliance.
\n
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
\n
• Present weekly and monthly business reviews to leadership.
\n

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
\n
• Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to improve customer experience.
\n
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Product Management.
\n
• Collaborate with Finance for payment collections and revenue realization.
\n

• Define and implement sales best practices and SOPs.

Qualifications & Experience

\n

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
\n
• MBA preferred.
\n
• 8–12 years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience.
\n
• Minimum 3–5 years managing high-performing inside sales teams.
\n
• Experience in SaaS, Healthcare IT, HealthTech, Digital Marketing, or Technology Services preferred.
\n
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales.
\n
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
