Profile: Branch Manager

Hiring Criteria:

- Fluent communication in English and is presentable.

- Total experience must be 8-10 years in Retail Banking.

- Current experience in the present role must be 1.5-2 years.

- A double grade hike will not be offered to the candidate - grade fitment to be checked bank to bank.

- Required Book Size: Only the CASA book must be 100Cr +.

- MNC Bank Book Size: AUM + SA (80-100Cr) / AUM + CA (80-100Cr).

- Appraisal Ratings: Must be only in the Top 2 category for the last 3 years.

- The candidate should not be out of a job unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.

- Age of the candidate: 40 years max.

- We do not hire candidates from small sized banks, Co-operative Banks & PSUs.

- Education Qualification: Post Graduate is preferred, MBA, Engineering + MBA.

- Profiles from banks that can be sourced: Candidates only from HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, IDFC First Bank, Yes Bank.

Key Points:

- Candidate applying for AVP role should be handling 100 - 200 CR branch.

Note:

- No rehiring through consultants (All group companies of Kotak Mahindra Bank).

- No interview in Kotak for BM role in last 1 year.
