Role Overview

We’re looking for a Client Success (Chat) Associate to manage client conversations entirely over chat/WhatsApp. You will be the voice of Voy - supporting clients with fast, empathetic, and professional communication throughout their health journey.

What You’ll Be Doing ?

• Respond to client queries on Chat/WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Guide clients on programs, meal plans, onboarding, renewals, and appointments
• Maintain a warm, encouraging, and health-focused brand voice
• Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently without losing context
• Capture feedback and common pain points to improve the client experience

What We’re Looking For ?

• Excellent written English and strong text-based communication skills
• Ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism through chat
• High typing speed and comfort using WhatsApp Business/Web
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in nutrition, wellness, or health is a plus
