Yourprimarytaskwillbetosell&ensurethedeliveryofthetrainings(standardandcustomized)toallindustries businesstypesand individuals.

• Youwillberesponsiblefortheachievementofthesales&revenuetargetofTrainingServicesofDNVinyourterritory.
• YouwillImplementthesalesplanandcollaboratewithexpertstoserveclientsacrossindustries.
• Youwillhavetogetsalesthroughvariousavenuesincludingbutnotlimitedtoin-housecoursespubliccoursesvirtualcoursese-learning modulesetc.
• Youwillalsohavetoplayaroleinqualifyingthetutorsgettingthesoldcoursesdeliveredbyarrangingschedulingofrelevant tutor/s arrangements for training delivering certificates to the candidates of a training programme payment collection addressing customer complaints related to training and delivery and taking feedback & working over it from customers.
• You will be supported by the technical team for special services in making technical proposals qualificationpresentationsandsupportsellingserviceswhereveressentialforclosingthecontracts.

Youshouldbebasedoutof Kolkataand areexpectedto haveextensiveknowledgeofthelocalmarketof West BengalNorth eastern states Odisha Jharkhand Bihar and Chattisgarh .Therolewillrequire to travel withinterritory.

Qualifications

• An Engineer or a graduate in anydiscipline.
• MBAinSales/Marketingwillbeaddedadvantage.
• 2-5yearssimilarexperienceinaTraining/Academicinstituteorcertificationbody
