Network Architect

Role Overview :

As a Network Architect, you will serve as the technical visionary responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling robust global network infrastructures that support mission-critical business operations. You will act as the primary bridge between high-level business requirements and complex technical execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams, global stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless connectivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, high-performance network solutions that align with international business objectives to ensure 99.99% uptime for global operations.

- Lead the end-to-end deployment of complex routing and switching protocols across multi-site environments to optimize data flow and reduce latency for end-users.

- Implement advanced network security frameworks, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems, to protect corporate assets from sophisticated external threats.

- Integrate cloud infrastructure with on-premises data centers to create a unified, hybrid network environment that supports rapid business scaling.

- Manage the lifecycle of network management systems and load balancing tools to provide proactive monitoring and automated traffic distribution across global nodes.

- Mentor junior engineering teams and provide technical guidance on SDN adoption to foster a culture of continuous improvement and architectural excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing large-scale enterprise network architectures with a deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and switching technologies.

- Proven ability to manage complex network security environments, including the configuration and optimization of enterprise-grade firewalls and secure VPN tunnels.

- Strong proficiency in modern cloud networking and SDN technologies, with the ability to bridge legacy infrastructure with cloud-native service models.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical architectural decisions into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Hold active professional certifications such as CCIE or CCNP, reflecting a high standard of technical proficiency and commitment to industry best practices.

- Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural work environment, demonstrating the adaptability to manage international projects across different time zones and regulatory landscapes.

- Possess 8 - 15 years of progressive experience in network administration and architecture within large-scale, international IT infrastructure environments.
