Role Overview:

\n

We are currently seeking a qualified and empathetic Speech Therapist to join us for providing at-home therapy sessions in the above location. This is a flexible, contract-based role with session schedules coordinated based on your availability and the family's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions in the client's home
\n
• Conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans
\n
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities to support communication and language development
\n
• Maintain accurate session notes and provide regular updates to the Carely team
\n
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care, when required
\n
• Guide and support families in continuing therapy techniques at home
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
\n
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities (preferred)
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
\n
• Warm, respectful, and professional approach to working with families
\n

Compensation:

\n
• Per-session rate (to be discussed based on experience and availability)
\n
• Payments made by Carely directly
\n

\n

• Session frequency and schedule will be discussed at the time of assignment.
\n
• All sessions will be coordinated through Carely.
\n
• This is a freelance/contract role with no fixed monthly hours.
